"Superfood" is a buzzword that is often put into the world of wellness. The truth is that many natural foods are "supernatural foods" because they provide our bodies with lots of vitamins, minerals, and various nutrients to sustain our lives as well.

chocolate, cinnamon, oysters, sweet potatoes, lemon juice, minerals such, contains more vitamin, calcium potassium, chia seeds contain, superfoods, ginger, Cranberries, kale, broccoli,
what are superfoods
If you are looking to change your diet to find a healthier lifestyle than choosing more natural and organic foods when shopping. Changing your diet to include superfoods can help with energy levels, skin clarity, weight loss, and much more. Try to avoid manufactured goods, and certainly indulge in many or even all these super healthy and tasty superfoods that are packaged directly from Mother Nature:

1-Cinnamon

I do not necessarily recommend eating cinnamon. Many YouTube videos have proven unpleasant ... but adding cinnamon to your daily routine is very useful! Cinnamon has a spicy, aromatic and wonderful flavor when combined with apples, squash, curry, sweets, baked goods, and most other fruits.

Cinnamon has an amazing ability to regulate blood sugar. People with type 2 diabetes or high blood sugar can take cinnamon capsules to help regulate their sugar levels. In addition, cinnamon is anti-inflammatory, lowers cholesterol, and may reduce the risk of heart disease.

Cinnamon is also antibacterial. It is also great for oral health. Rubbing some safe cinnamon oil on your gums will lead to wonders and will keep your breath fresh and hot!

The best way to consume cinnamon for blood sugar is through a capsule or tea form. You can also add it to the juices, it tastes great with every fruit. Try apple pie juice: frozen bananas, chopped apples, almond milk, cinnamon, roasted almonds, and honey. Yum!

2-Lemon

This one is fairly common. Everyone is aware of the amazing lemon properties of detoxification. Adding some lemon juice to warm water in the morning is a great way to flush out your system and "reset it." Lemon skin or lemon flavor is also full of flavonoids and antioxidants that wonder about the skin. Lemon is full of vitamin C, as well as minerals such as calcium and potassium.

Adding lemon juice to the water is a great way to detoxify, but it also increases hydration. Because lemon juice contains minerals such as calcium and potassium, it retains water in your body for longer, allowing cells to adequately absorb them.

Lemon water is the best way to get a large amount of lemon soup, but you can also add lemon juice, salad dressings, tea, soups or seafood!

3-Chia seeds

That eating seed is cooler. Chia seeds are considered magical because they swell and produce a gel when submerged in water. Judging by how they interact with water, you can imagine how useful they are for the digestive system. Let's just call it, "laxative of nature." Chia seeds give you this complete feeling and provide the fiber needed to regulate digestion.

Chia seeds contain more fatty acids than any known plant, including omega-3 which is rare among seeds and nuts. In addition to a fully loaded nutrient coil, chia seeds contain 15 times more magnesium such as broccoli, iron three times more than spinach, and potassium two times more than bananas.

This seed is very strong. It has been shown to reduce stress, build strong bones, and regulate the heart. Mix two tablespoons of chia seeds with one and a half cups of vanilla almond milk and 1 tablespoon honey. Then the next morning when it's thick and dark, add chopped bananas Almonds and any other fruit/granules you love!

4-Ginger

Ginger is anti-inflammatory and can fight inflamed joints, muscles (which are great for post-exercise juices), and internal tissues. Ginger's anti-inflammatory properties make it ideal for fighting menstrual symptoms as well, can you say ginger chocolate?

If you have ever had one of those who have never finished a seasonal cough, drinking ginger tea is a natural expectorant and helps expand the lungs to remove the bad guys so you can breathe easily.

The preferred way to consume ginger is in juice; carrot, apple and ginger juice are fine, but you can add this wondrous root to the juices as well as boil it for making tea. Ginger is used in a lot of curry dishes and you can buy it candied, pickled, in the form of a paste or even in chocolate.

5-Cranberries

Cranberries are extremely dangerous when it comes to maintaining your health. Cranberries are not as common as strawberries, blueberries, and berries, but they should really be given more credit. These berries have a festive, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory appearance, and are known to treat most cases of urinary tract infection and prevent ulcers and serious infections. They contain vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants that are particularly good for your skin.

Research has shown that it may inhibit the growth of cancer cells. What berry! But it is not known that cranberries are the most popular berries there, and can often be left in the shade of "fave four". How do we give cranberries the attention it deserves? Well, one way is to include cranberries in your juice.

The wonderful cranberry juice is frozen or fresh cranberries, apples, frozen bananas, apple juice, and honey. You can also buy fresh cranberry juice (sold at most health stores and drink as a tonic with a little honey). When everything else fails, you can roast the whole turkey and make a cranberry sauce with it.

6-kale

A huge buzzword in the health community these days, but there is a good reason to demolish everyone. Kale is among the best vegetables (along with garlic and red cabbage) that contain the highest amount of antioxidants. These antioxidants help protect and repair skin and other connective tissues and prevent breakouts and aging.

Kale is incredibly rich in vitamins and minerals, in fact; one ounce of kale has more iron than one ounce of beef. One serving of rapeseed contains more vitamin C than oranges, contains more vitamin A than any known green leaf, and even contains a good amount of omega-3 fatty acids that are essential for Neogen!

Kale is truly one of the best foods you can eat and its continued popularity, with countless recipes and dishes featuring vibrant leafy vegetables. My favorite way to get green is the turnip salad.

7-sweet potato

That sweet potato as well this. Sweet potatoes have earned a reputation for being better for you than regular old white potatoes - and this is quite true. Although both potatoes contain similar nutritional components when it comes to carbohydrates and protein, their nutritional properties vary greatly.

These sweet little stains are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6, magnesium, calcium, and potassium, along with a full range of other vital nutrients. Also, sweet potatoes contain fewer calories and more fiber, especially if you eat the skin; promote a healthy digestive system.

Switching sweet potatoes to white potatoes is a great way to feed nutrients and add a sweet and strong flavor to your favorite potato dish. Try sweet potatoes instead of your usual white potatoes or what about mashed sweet potatoes or sweet potato pie.

8-broccoli

Young children may look at this green food twice before silencing if they know all its amazing benefits. Broccoli is full of vitamins C, A and K as well as folate. Fitness Magazine is a medium-sized broccoli leg that contains more than 100% of the vitamin K dose you need per day (vitamin helps bone health) and about 100% of vitamin C intake per day.

Eating well says broccoli also contains a large dose of sulforaphane, a type of isothiocyanate believed to thwart cancer by helping stimulate the body's detoxification enzymes. "

9-Oysters

Your idea of staying healthy may not have been to absorb raw oysters completely, but oysters are really delicious and are one of the densest foods on the planet. Oysters are famous for being one of the best steroids, helping people to mood for centuries.

Oysters contain a lot of zinc, a rare mineral in most modern foods, which supports testosterone production in males and progesterone in females. Zinc is also a vital mineral for immune function and mental health. Oysters contain high amounts of B-12, iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper and selenium, as well as a large amount of protein and omega 3.

Raw oysters are usually safe to eat, but you should always be careful when choosing oysters. Be sure to close the shell and don't smell it. If you are unsure about eating raw oysters, you can try smoked oysters or oyster stew.

10-chocolate

Chocolate is excellent food, but what I'm talking about here is dark chocolate that is at least 70% or higher. There is usually nothing else full of sugar, fat and milk solids.

How wonderful that chocolate earns a place as the best food, chocolate contains polyphenols or flavonols that have strong antioxidant properties. Chocolate is in the same vein as red wine, cranberry, and tea, which also contain the same type of flavonol. Because of its high content of polyphenols, chocolate is excellent in regulating blood pressure and promoting heart health.

Chocolate is also rich in minerals such as magnesium, copper, manganese and even iron. I don't think you need training on how to eat chocolate but just in
case: go to the store and buy 70% of dark chocolate bars, eat chocolate bars, and thank life.
