1.Tuna

However, tuna is one of the most mercury-containing fish, specifically methylmercury, one of the strongest and most famous toxic substances aimed at destroying the cells of the nervous system, which easily accumulate within tissues causing infertility and other hearing and visual problems.

So make sure you don't consume more than 3-5 tuna cans per week, and try replacing tuna with fish that are low in mercury concentration such as salmon and shrimp.

2. Soybeans
